Accommodation
Over the years, each EF school location has developed a strong network of local families who welcome international students into their homes. Nearly all our school locations offer the option of a homestay. Our experienced accommodation staff carefully screen every host family application and conduct person interviews with prospective families in their homes. Living in a private home provides a little extra assurance for less experienced travelers and provides a safe and supportive base from which to explore your new host city.

Having fun is an essential part of learning. It’s when you’re relaxed that you’re most able to begin using what you’ve learned in class in a natural way. That’s why every EF school has a full-time Activities Director whose job it is to fill your free time with social, cultural and sporting activities. From football tournaments to tennis matches to city sightseeing tours, EF plans something fun for every day of the week.
Every week, EF staff will help you see the best of Ireland, by organizing visits to nearby places of interest. We offer these excursions at a reduced price so that you can truly enjoy your host culture.

Learn English in the heart of Ireland
Ireland’s capital city has long been welcoming international students of English. Founded by the Vikings, there is more than 1,000 years of history to explore. But, this 21st century city is the powerhouse of the Irish “economic miracle.” See St. Patrick’s Cathedral, or tour the impressive National Museum of Ireland. While studying English at EF, take the opportunity to soak up the craic (good times) during Dublin’s lively summers. Check out the shops of Grafton Street and the pubs of Temple Bar, listen to the latest rock bands or tour the Guinness Museum.
