Our recent EAQUALS certification reflects the excellent tuition you will find at EF Munich. Learn from our School Director, Dr. Jurgen Oehler, who has over 20 years of experience teaching German and leads a dedicated team of friendly teachers. We offer in-depth exam preparation and business German, history and tourism courses. Our newly renovated school is just three metro stations from the city center and sits in the heart of the lively Schwabing district, home to many students and a dynamic art scene.
Accommodation
Every EF course includes comfortable accommodation and a weekly meal plan. Most EF school locations offer a choice of at least two housing options. Regardless of which lifestyle suits you best, you'll be living around native speakers and immersing yourself in local customs and culture-and putting your language skills to use!
EF Homestay
Over the years, each EF school location has developed a strong network of local families who welcome international students into their homes. Nearly all our school locations offer the option of a homestay. Our experienced accommodation staff carefully screen every host family application and conduct person interviews with prospective families in their homes. Living in a private home provides a little extra assurance for less experienced travelers and provides a safe and supportive base from which to explore your new host city and to immerse yourself in the daily life of your host culture.

A full calendar of free time activities
Having fun is an essential part of learning. It’s when you’re relaxed that you’re most able to begin using what you’ve learned in class in a natural way. That’s why every EF school has a full-time Activities Director whose job it is to fill your free time with social, cultural and sporting activities. From football tournaments to tennis matches to city sightseeing tours, EF plans something fun for every day of the week.
Every week, EF staff will help you see the best of Germany by organizing visits to nearby places of interest. We offer these excursions at a reduced price so that you can truly enjoy your host culture.
