The Hotel School, Sydney is a unique partnership between Mulpha Australia Hotel’s portfolio (InterContinental Sydney, Hayman Island , Sanctuary Cove, Hyatt at Sanctuary Cove and Hilton Melbourne) and Southern Cross University.
Our aim is to prepare well-rounded graduates for employment in hotel, tourism and services management positions in Australia and abroad. The courses focus on hotel operational skills, management practice in the tourism and hospitality industry and the skills needed for continued learning in a changing global business environment. We develop dedicated professionals with qualifications that are recognised and highly regarded internationally.

- InterContinental''s Treasury Restaurant - open to the public - is hosted by Hotel School students weekly from March through November.
- First Year students have a practical training ground either at the InterContinental, Sydney, a 496 room 5 star hotel or one of the many 5 star hotels in Sydney with whom the School has close working links.
Regular contact with academic staff at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Southern Cross University.
