Hospitality, tourism and culinary arts courses range from 10 week certificates to four year degrees. Short courses open to the general public or tailored for industry are also offered. The Institute is Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST) registered and is a registered training organisation (RTO), operating throughout Australia and at three locations in China, including Shanghai University.
